Turkish Occupation Army is shelling the populated village of Toukhar Sakira, with mortars.According to the Manbij Military Council Media Centre on its official page, the village of Toukhar Sakira is being shelled by mortars.

The Center noted that the source of the bombing was the Turkish Occupation Army base is stationed in the village of Toukhar Khabira, north of Manbij.
